1. Return Eligibility

We want your little ones to be happy with every purchase. Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The item must match the product description and size ordered.
  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a full refund unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made dresses.
  • Items worn, washed, or altered.
  • Accessories sold with the dress (if applicable).
